To file a DMCA takedown request, you must provide the following information:

5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
